It is our policy to replace, at no charge to our customer, any materials which are damaged or prove defective, when such damage or defect is reported to Power Play International Inc. within 30 days of receipt of BPR materials.Because the concepts and methodologies put forth in the manual and tapes are proprietary intellectual products, there is NO REFUND for this course.
